Does anybody have an effective way to contact Sony's customer service?
I have tried several times using their 1800 number (1 800 222 7669) and after going over their automated answering system (and pointing out that I do not currently own a Sony device!!!!) I always end up with a person that is looking for information on the manuals that Sony has online. Is it possible to find (contact) a Sony representative (in Florida preferably) who really knows about their products (in this case digital cameras). I'm writing a proposal and we might end up buying a considerable amount of cameras. I need to find the right product. All the information I have collected so far comes from the web (primarily from the review sites, by the way, excellent work of all the people that maintain these review sites). Thanks, AM |

When faced with an automated response, I always choose the option relating to sales. That way you are guaranteed to get to talk to someone.
