Hello Sony Folk,
having a blast with our new F717. super image quality, intriguing design, feels like a 'zoomer' (amazingly so for 5x), love the low-light features.. but the upper right hand corner of the EVF is blurry (dioptre is adjusted). best i can tell the glass(?) isn't cut/fitted/sumthin correctly in that spot. almost like faulty beveling if that makes any sense. is this the norm? if so, can adjust to it, tho a tad annoying. if not, would prefer to exchange it for another F717 while i still can. thanks for any thoughts or feedback.. hello? anyone? on a time-frame for no-hassle exchange. and i simply don't know if this is considered within the norm or not. definitely impeding my view to a degree.
had a blast with this cam for hours..it's a keeper (or the replacement is) |

A friend has a sony 717 and his viewfinder is fine. I say that a swap is in order.
