Hello, I need your help, is it posible to change the firmware/software of a japanese version of Sony DSC-T9 to the english one?

Because a friend of mine has a japanese T9 and he can't set it to english or spanish language, it has japanese only, and he doesn't understand it...

Have you tried to see if the english version is on the Sony Website?
