Hi
2 weeks ago I bought this camera and I was disappointed by the high Chromatic aberration it produces which appears as yellow halos around dark subjects against bright backgrounds. Now I am considering returning it back and take W5 instead. Do you think I will get better results regarding CA. P.S: you can see this issue in the mickey close-up in dcresource.com review of S90 but when the ligthing is dim the yellow halos will be wider. Thanks in Advance Alexan |

OK I will keep it because after checking a lot of galleries online specially pbase.com I found that CA is present in All cameras at wide end of the zoom and I found some sony W5 photos where the CA is appearing as RED-GREEN fringing. even I found it in DSC-H1 samples so I think I shouldn't worry about it and it can be corrected using PTLens plugin for photoshop.
