Default F707: blue noise stripe in the bottom of the pic, any help?

Hello everybody,
I've noticed in my f707's shots a blue stripe in the bottom of the pic, well it's not so evident, it's more like the noise but is more blue then in the other part of the pic, so it's more evident with long expositions (1/30"), in fast ones is invisible, the size of this stripe is about 1/4 of the height of the pic.
it comes very evident if I convert the pic to b/w using a red filter (i do it with imagefactory plugin).
is that normal? Anybody else noticed that?
send it to check would be a good idea (also if it means months)?

I'm almost about to cry, I bought the f707 used and the garantee finished a month ago, but I've seen this blue stripe only last week thanks to imagefactory plugin..
