help! f828 menus for foreign models in english?

i was wondering if anyone knew (from actually buying or testing it themselves... not second hand info) whether or not the foreign model of the f828 has english menus and instructions. foreign i guess means the japanese models that don't have the US warranty. thanks a bunch
