Glad you like your F30. Thanks for the info. I just purchased the T100 for $349 from Amazon.com.
I'll post my thoughts once it arrives and some pictures. |

Here are 3 quick shots I took in my kitchen with the T100. The room was only lit by one 26W CFL in the fan light and the back wall is about 15 feet away from where I was standing. No editing was done except for resizing to 1024x768. The first picture is with flash, 1/40sec shutter at ISO400, handheld:

This second shot is without flash, 1/6sec shutter at ISO200 handheld:

Thisthird shot is without flash, 1/13sec shutter at ISO400 handheld. Shots like this is where manual white balance would be nice:

the first is no bad for 400 iso
but my question is always tha same: you don't see dust in other photos that you make? (excuse me but with my T9 is the main problem, I take the T100 only for this) |

Those are great! I knew that the T100 didn't have low light capabilities as good as the Fuji F30, but I didn't think they'd be this close!
Thanks a lot CyberShotNut! Your photos are about as good as people on some other forums explained to me they'd be. I should have my camera in a couple of days. I'll post some photos then as well. |

The one you listed, he did a poor job of displaying them. The one I listed above are the same pictures displayed better. Also here's a post on dust problems common to all small digital cameras: http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/re...ssage=23003845 Check out the whole thread if you get a chance. As you can see this is a problem for all small digital cameras and not just the T100. This is from a Sony DSC-G1 user. There are lots of posts from other users of Canon, Nikon, Fuji, etc., as well. Just do a search for them. |

If you get the chance, try a Sony T100, a Canon SD series, or a Casio Elixim...you'll likely experience those same little orbs, as they all have very close lenses and flashes. it will be random, and only in 10-20% of your flash shots - much like with the G1.

It's like gravity, a physics issue. Something we'll just have to put up with or work around. |
