Photographing Sterling Silver

I have a CyberShot DCS-T10 - old but I love it and it does what I need. I do have one question though.
Trying to photograph sterling silver and am wondering if there is a setting I can use that would help reflections in the silver. I have tried setting up a light box but am having problems with that so hopefully, a setting might help.
Would greatly appreciate any hints - need this for submission to an online auction.
Thanks!

G'day mate

Anything with a reflective surface will have reflections - QED
To minimise those reflections is your issue - little to do with the camera or its settings

I suggest you continue with your light box & its lighting ... maybe less powerful lights; maybe larger-sized lamps rather than small point-sourced lights. Also by shooting at mid to large zoom [5x to 10x] the camera will give a good-sized image, but be so far away it does not show in the reflections

Hope this helps a bit
Regards, Phil
