Sorry about this but why would I create new folders to store stuff?
I can see it could be useful to store different sizes, movies etc but as they are all named with numbers, how do you remember what's supposed to go where? As you can tell, I'm a newbie. Cheers. |

Well, as a for instance, how about this: You go to one function (office lunchon), take a few pictures, then on to another (friend's wedding rehersal dinner). Create a new folder, so you won't be showing your friend the pictures from earlier in the day. Just a thought. I don't personally use the multiple folders in my camera (DSC-717), but I can imagine a case where it might be useful. Maybe create a different folder for each day of a vacation, to keep the days straight? Just spitballing<g>

Yeah that's just about what I thought, but without being able to name the folders something useful, I guess I won't be making much use of it.
Thanks anyway. |
