Great stuff showing the quality of the Carl ZeissVario-Sonnar lens on the R1 from both of you, here's another of my favorites using the same lens with the DSC-F707.

Thanks for the kind comments guys, yes we all have Sony's but I am concerned with their latest 2007offerings, I was hoping the DSC-W200 would be a great compactcamera having the image stabilisation which my W100 does not have,, but so far it seems to have the same image quality problems as the H9, so for the moment will stick with the 3 camera'sthat I have.

This shot from the the 1st day I went shooting digital in 2003 with my just arrived used DSC-F707 from the U.S. Virgin Blue 737-700 taxiing before takeoff at Brisbane International airport.
