Sony dsc-F505v artifacts in pics

This camera just started doing this last week. Take a look at the pics. You can see the pixels/artifacts in the pic of hard drive(on the edge) and the scale(side and top of pic). Now look at the dog pic,nothing wrong. Is the ccd sensor going or is it something else? Any help? thanks
