Hello everyone;
I have a H10 camera for almost 4 months now and I think the quality of the photos is not as good as before especially in the high zoom. It used to be very clear but now it is not. Anyone has any idea what is wrong? Am I missing some setting or something. Thanks, zebelak |

Firstly, let's determine where you are located on the world globe. My guess is that you might be in Eastern Europe. Please let us know EXACTLY where you are living. If the camera is stil in its warranty period, generally the very first year of ownership, you can return you Sony H-20 to a nearby Sony Service Center for complete repair. Baring water intrusion, or dropping the camera, the Sony H-10 camera should be performing normally. So if you could, please tell us why you believe your Sony H-10 camera has become different, in terms of photo quality, than it was soon after you purchased the camera, please explain why the Sony H-10 is now performing differently. Thanks Sarah for the message. Actually I live in Canada and as far as I can say nothing happened to the camera such as dropping or ...
I put two photos on the following link. If you look at them I am sure you can see the difference specially in the magnified mode. http://picasaweb.google.com/zebelak/Baby Thanks, Shaahin |

I do not know the reason, but your photo was under exposed. Just a few clicks with a free photo editing program like Picasa2, available free from www.google.com takes care of your photo making it look like this. Sarah Joyce |
