Seen a neat feature on the T1 which projected red, infra-red type beams from the camera in the dark so you could see what photos you were taking.



Is this on the T3? Theres no mention of 'nightshot / nightframe' features but I think the AF Illuminator is the function that im talking about?

Yes, it's called IRAF Illuminator. Just about every Sony camera has this feature. Some of the better models have what is called Hologram AF assist which is a laser grid and is more powerful than the IR AF Illuminator.
