Hi DonalDuc (very complimets for your shots!). I don't know the Pearl bag; i choose Dicapac because with my old P&S i've got a lot of funny with it and never have one single problem. Pearl seems to be near the same; perhaps better front lens material and better camera fits for Dicapac? Last edited by viganet; Jun 27, 2010 at 1:58 AM. |

I've valutated it, but it's a bit pricey and big, but i'm curious to see the steadycam capacity, because the inside camera stabilizer isn't so effective.. |

I've uploaded a video sample [email protected]50i.
Nothing of special; simply shot at full quality AVCHD and upload without compression to give an idea of the cam video capacity. For best results download it and play offline on a capable hardware. http://vimeo.com/12857563 |

This one is 108060i, and has a variety of shots (indoors, outside, close-up, wide-angle, zoom) - quick tour of London.
http://vimeo.com/12765888 You can still download the original to see it in all its glory. |

I compared the Manfrotto to my Hague camera stabilizer http://www.b-hague.co.uk/Camcorder%2...zer%20HCS3.htm. The Manfrotto was like a large orange octopus dangling from the camera. Besides being cumbersome, the ball joint lacked refinement so it was sluggish when it attempted to dampen movement. I returned it immediately. |

![]() The grip is not good like the rubber one (it is so a little too small for my hand). And i would like to try to inverse the position of the camera to have the handle UNDER the camera, not on the left. I will wait for your very first impression. |
