i bought a sony dcrhc21 handycam. It has a free picture package software from sony but i have a problem installing it in my computer. Can somebody tell me where i could download or buy this same software that will work....i need it badly cause i cannot use my usb

What operating system are you using ?

Ie, windows XPHome, XPPro, win2000, win98FE/SE,ME, OS8-9-10, Linux etc etc

What problems do you have installing the software, what are the errors reported?

You mentioned some problems with the USB, could you explain what these problems are ?

What do you mean by you can't use the USB?

Its hard to help when you give no information...

im using win2000. everytime i plug-in the usb which i received with the camcorder...it always register ERROR...yet the other usb for nikon and sony digital camera is working perfedctly well
