Sony's ACC port? Which models??
 

Hi all,

I'm new here... just found this fourm and it looks great!

Can anyone tell me which models of Sony Digital's have the ACC port on them? I understand the ACC port is similar to the LANC port on their camcorders?

I could not find anyting on Sony's site about this. Any information you guys could give me would be very much appreciated.

I know the 717 has one, the FD 100, the FD95 (I think the FD92 also). But I'm not sure if they're all the same. I know the FD 95 will not work with the wired remote, but my 717 does. Hav you thought about calling Sony's tech support? They should answer the questions for models you can buy NEW, but they may not know about the older stuff. I know the FD-95's port is for an external flash, and I am pretty sure the 717 can do that too. Hope that helps

from the way it looks, all the CD Mavicas have one:)

I have been looking for Sony cameras that can use a wired remote control.

From www.imagestation.com I found this list:

MVC-FD97

which have ACC port.

It was not listed there but the F828 should also come with this terminal.
