Hello All,
Today I tried something new to me. I put my Tele-Converter on my H9 and then my 58mm Canon 250D Close-up Lens into my 74mm - 58mm step down ring and placed it in front of my Tele-converter lens, I held it against the front of the Tele-converter with my fingers. Put my H9 on my monopod and then went to the Rose Garden in the Queens Botanical Garden. Steady Shot on. Macro Mode was invalid with the Tele-Converter turned on on my menu. Here are 4 shots of a new guy on the block. I showed the Rose Garden Gardener and he hasn't seen this character before. IMAGE 1WAS SHOT WITH THE NATIVE H9 LENS IN MACRO MODE NOT WITH THE TELE-CONVERTER AND THE 250D CLOSE-UP LENS FOR SCALE PURPOSES. Images 2, 3, & 4 are with the Tele-Converter and the 250D Close-up lens as indicated above. Each of the 4 shots is original out of the camera except Auto Levels,Focus Magic, UnSharp Mask, resized to 550 pixels wide for posting here as level 9 Jpegs. Regards, Nicholas |

Very good shots and a interesting way of getting them too. Plus that was one colorful bug you found.
