I have a DSC-P93 which I've had for awhile and I love it. We're going out of the country this year, and so we decided to get some accessories so we can take spectacular photos of our vacation. Among other things, we got the VCL-DH2630 lens, which of course requires the VAD-PEB adapter.

So, with the adapter and lense on the camera, the photos look like this:
Notice how the porthole is offset to the top-right? That doesn't seem right. It should be in the center. Because of this I have to use every bit of the 3x zoom of the camera to get rid of the vignetting on the lower right. Otherwise I'd be able to go in to 2.6x or so. That kind of annoys me, and I'm also concerned about whether or not my picture quality will suffer from the misalignment.

Anyone else have this problem? Do you think it is the camera, adapter, or lens?

edit: due to the darkness of the porthole, you may have to save, or drag over the image with your cursor and highlight it before you can see what I'm talking about.
