Can you help me? I just downloaded the sony update which is suppose to allow me to use my sony hc21 on my vista based toshiba satellite series a215 laptop. I try connecting it with a firewire cable but it will not recognize that it is connected. I have even tried to see if the camcorder is listed under the device manager in the control panel and i do not see it listed there. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
