Hi All,

I have had the KM 5D for a month now and just got the Dimage Master Raw converter in the post.

Everything loaded fine, but when trying to open RAW files in it from the camera I am getting an error message "File Not Supported". Has anyone else experienced this? How can I fix the problem?

Thanks for your help,

Thanks Bernabeu, but the problem is arising when actually in Dimage Master. It is showing the thumb, but as soon as you try and do anything with it then the error comes up. any other thoughts? :?

It's not compatible with the 5D without an upgrade to version 1.10

You can download the update here:

The media for DiMAGE Master was probably already packaged before 5D support was included. So, an update is required.

I remember a reviewer in Thailand using a preproduction 5D letting me know that there was no way to convert raw images at the time.

He was kind enough to take some photos of a MacBeth Color Chart and send the .mrw files to me. I then forwarded the .mrw files to David Coffin (author of dcraw.c) so that David could start adding it to his software (and a lot of other software products use some of David's c source code for their raw conversion)

David actually had his software working with it (including the "as shot" white balance) before Konica-Minolta did (and before the camera was shipping). :-)

I'm glad you got it working.
