I'm about 95% sure I know the answer to this question, but wanted to confirm with people smarter than me.
I now have two cameras: [1] Sony a65 (with a telephoto, macro, and wide-angle lens), and [2] Sony a7 (with the kit lens and the adapter for A-mount lenses). I'm totally loving the a7 and with the adapter I can patiently wait for them to release more FE lenses. So, at this point I see no point in keeping the a65. Everyone agree? |

The best camera is the one you'll use.
It sounds like you prefer to use the A7, so, yes, you should keep the A7, and if necessary, sell the A65.
