Does anyone have a list of the flashes that will work on the Sony A100's? I checked the Flash board and didn't see anything.

I would love to know which Sigma's, minolta's and other brands would work. I know the Minolta 3600 and 5600 do but do you have any other ideas?

The Minolta 3600 & 5600 are your best bet outside of the Sony versions of the same flash.

The Sigma EF-500 DG Super has mixed results. If you don't mind having to play with and adjust the flash exposure its oaky. I use it in manual mode to light the background when shooting portraits. Other wise it tends to under or over expose.

I think there are several using the Metz flash, it didn't support the Wireless flash but otherwise sounds like a good unit. Depends on what you're after.

Thank you I've researched some more and I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and get the sony after Christmas. Hopefully they will drop a little in price if they don't it's only a few more dollars then the KM and I'll have the warrenty.
