I havenot posted in a long time. (edit: I have not posted ever) ;-)

This is my favorite from my favorite lens, but I don't have this version any longer

Great effort to get the touchdown. I liked the shadow below the ball carrier.

Minolta 7D Minolta 80-200/2.8 HS APO G at 110mm1/1250 @ f3.5 aperture priority with slight cropping.

I actually traded it for the original version plus $$$

I needed some cash lately and had to let some of my nicer stuff go, but I recently acquiredan absolutely mint version of the Minolta 300/2.8 HS APO G complete with case, filters and hood cover.

I was looking for something that didn't stand out so much and the black original lens only seemed to focus a bit slower. It seems to be just as sharp.

Hi!

It's much better a "Prime" lens that any zoom! The 300mm that you acquired MUST...be more sharper that the previous zoom Post at least ONE photo using this lovely "Highly Recommended" prime 300mm lens:!:

Peace.

Favorite lens? I haven't figured out my favorite beercan yet!

Actually this was inspired by the fine work done by rduve in the "Terrible Dilemma" thread.

A100+Beercan. 1/125 sec @ f/8 + flash. ISO 100.

Glad I was aninspiration, and I definitely know you enjoyed drinking that beercan as much as shooting it with your beercan.
