Is this going to be the pro model for Sony? Will Sony ever produce a true profeshional camera in digital format like the older "9" seriesfor film?

From what I've read, the Pro model is coming out in the Spring, and will be called the A-900, possibly in keeping with Minolta's numbering convention.

The DSLR-A700 is Sony's new Advanced Amateur model (one of two new Alpha series cameras Sony announced they were working on at last year's PMA). The Flagship model is yet to come.
