Hey Angel.

It looks like your were able to get some images. Let me guess.... number 24 is the player you're interested in. ;-)

If you want some tips from some of our Sports Shooters, you may want to post in our Sports & Action Photos Forum

We have a number of members that shoot a lot of sports that share a lot of good info there so that we can all improve.

Great pics, Once I got the first frame black frame problem fixed, my 5d has been great. Im very happy with it. Glad I got it before Sony came in and increased the pixel count. The low light performance is better then any other camera in its price range, in my opinion. I just got the Sony 18-250 lens. Havnt been able run tests on it yet but so far, Im impressed with it.

Actually, my son did not play that day, but #24 is one of the most exciting players on the team.

I noticed how slow the AFS is on the vivitar. Only 1 of 3 or 4 shots were sharp, thats still so much better than 0.

Sorry about that. It's a very slow focusing lens (the slowest focusing lens I've ever seen). That's why I suggested you may want to use a different lens for sports.

But, this lens was selling for only $79.95 brand new in the box with warranty. ;-) So, I didn't expect it to be a speed demon. lol
