I'm having a little trouble framing the subject correctly. The picture I'm attaching was a snapshot I took in my garage that shows what I'm talking about.

The red ring on the shovel handle was framed exactly in the center of the frame. But now when I view it, the red ring is a little below center. This is a huge issue when taking photos. I have taken some full body pictures of my kids, and when I see the end result, their feet are missing from the photo.

Thanks for any help.

I'd send it to Sony and let them fix it. Something is probably out of alignment (sensor, mirror, prism, etc.):

Use DSLRA700 as the model number.

I have exactly the same problem with my alpha 200. From one day to another the pictures have become significantly off center. How did you solve this issue? Is it a warranty issue? Thanks for your help.

Yes it was a problem with the camera. It was covered under warranty. I sent the camera to somewhere in TX(?) and it was back in about 2 weeks.
