If you want one, you need to hurry.

Go to http://www.sonystyle.com/, go to Shop, go down to Cameras & Camcorders, and select ɑ DSLR Cameras. On the new page, click on Shop ɑ DSLR Cameras. On the new page, click on Shop ɑ700 (12.24 megapixel).

B&H is showing the camera in stock as well

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...al_Camera.html

Only $850 for body only.

(which is $50 cheaper than Sony Style)

Looks like the end of the model year closeout is starting.

Wonder if information concerning the A7xx replacement is working its way through the system to official USA importer and the major camera vendors.

How long ago was that? It's been $1000 or lower for a few months now.

If anyone always wanted it, I guess right now is the best time to get it for $739

http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listi...&condition=new

unless in 6 months, it is $100 cheaper than even this (such as if a new A7xx is announced).

September 2007. ;-)

But, it's been well worth what I paid for it, given the photos I've captured with it over the past couple of years.
