Virtually all current dSLR models now have self cleaning sensors, including the older (now replaced with newer models) Sony A200 and A350 the OP already has. ;-)

The Olympus system works the best from most tests and user reports I've seen.

That's a good idea. It looks like you could pick up one that's able to take a lens like that Sigma 50-150mm Dave uses for under $100 now. Here's one at B&H that can handle a lens length of up to 5.9 inches, and the Sigma 50-150mm that Dave uses should be 5.5 inches long. I see a lower cart price for this one (under $100). I see them from Amazon at the same price, too. A number of other vendors have them, too.
