Default Worthwhile ?

I have aquired a Celestron C90, 1000mm f/11 mirror lens.

It appears to be a pretty cheap piece of equipment although it is in very nice condition.
Would it be worth my time to try and find an adapter to use it on my A-700?

I would if your into moon shots. I don't think they cost to much although I haven't looked for a while. I saw them at B&H. You'll have a 1500mm tele to play with.

Adapters are available through Gadget Infinity. I have a big Quantaray and I think the AF confirm adapter cost more than I could get for the lens.

It works and should be able to produce decent results but I too find myself wishing for a concrete tripod.
