Default Which OS to use?

If you have in body stabilization and a lens that is also equipped with an OS system of some sort which should be used?

I have been waiting for the 120-300 f/2.8 APO lens from Sigma and have noticed that all of the A mount lenses will now include the Sigma OS. (at much higher prices than the previous series lenses)

Any thoughts?

There's no reason to suspect that one is any better than the other.

The only problem is remembering to shut one off when you're using the other, since you can't use both.

I'd just switch off the stabilization in the lens (and probably superglue the switch in that position) so I didn't have to remember to switch it off in the camera.
