Default Sony A200 with 1000mm and 1000mm+1.4x T.C.

I finally did some testing with the 1000mm LOMO reflex plus my 1.4x teleconverter. Both images were identically cropped and post processed. The Q on both images were very nice. The only difference between the images other than Magnification was that the ISO was upped on the one using the T.C. to keep the shutter speeds close to equal. Critiques are welcome.

Streets - I think you are trying to "plug" the fire department. It looks like they left an adapter on it.

Clint, what you are looking at is a quick hose connect device. All hydrants in our town have them.

That's a great help to have them on all the hydrants. We had to connect them each time we wanted to use the hydrant.

I am assuming you used a tripod to shoot the images. Nice images, very clean.
