Default A Couple of Portraits

We've had some exceptionally warm weather here the last few days. We decided to get out and enjoy it while it last.

I found a very nice business center with some great landscape areas to shoot portraits at.

Shot this with the A850 and the Minolta 85GD @ f/1.6 natural light.

We went to the beach to watch the sunset.
Shot with the A850 and the Minolta 28-75D @ 45mm F/5.6, ISO 100 with the HVL58 flash.

G'day Mike

#1- Lovely pose, great smile, like the selective focus

#2- cc if I may ... when I play with the scroll bars and crop the sky to equal the black base, it takes on a great 2:1 format, and to me, this emphasises the wonderful colours in the sky

Thanks,
Phil

Number one for sure, and I agree with Phil on the second one. Beautiful sunset in number two.

Lovely pictures! The blurred out foreground and background are very nice on the first one. Good lighting!
