Default Sony P52 Software.

The supplied Image mixer software with this Sony is very poor.

I have some nice photo editing programs but just need a good viewer one. Something that will show a clear page of fast loading thumbnails. I don't want to make up photo albums. I do want the viewer to display and preview mpegs as well.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

David

Acdsee 5 will do all of that. Free trial versions are:

yeah, this one costs ya, but if you like it, I think its well worth the cost.

Thanks. I've now downloaded the trial ACDSee5 and it looks perfect. Quite happy to buy after the trial.

It would have been nice to have a program set that opened the viewer after the camera had downloaded and then could open the image editor from a viewed image.

Still the Sony software did that and it was rubbish so better to have a bit more manual effort and a good result.

In the brower mode of acdsee, go to activities, then edit, then editor, then add your editor to that list.

In viewer mode, under tools, then open in editor.

Getting it sorted now.
