Default DSC-V1 or DSC-F717

I have been checking the reviews and forums for both the DSC-F717 (for quite some time now) and DSC-V1 and still having trouble deciding which one to purchase. Basically I won't care about the bulk (size). How far is one from the other with regards to images, zooming, and the mpeg (movie) feature? Or if there are any other features I should consider please advise.

What do you prefer size (V1) or zoom (f717)?

Would size be the only advantage of V1? If it is, then I'm for F717 since I'm ok with the bulk.

Be sure to read the review on the V1 at

This may help you make your decision.
