Anyone help me, which setting should I set for the fastest shutter speed?

Say I wanna take a very fast picture (sport, a moving car, or something).

which setting in "PROGRAM" should I set?

set by step if possible, thanks.

Also, which should be the slowest (to create light movement effects)

thanks again.

The shutter speed is automatically set by the amount of available light. The only way to get faster shutter speed is to increase the lighting or set the ISO at 1000. The night mode (picture of moon) will give you the slowest shutter speed.
