Almost like being there. Have you considered offering this panorama back to the cruise company? It might help offset the cost of the trip ...

Could you share the exif data with us? I have been having trouble resolving detail at infinity with my R-1. The sea, houses and rocks on the shore line are very sharp. Did you use a tripod? Thanks in advance.

This almost fell through the cracks, didn't see your questions.

I had my tripod in my cabin, did not use it. used railing or table, etc.

Some are hand held. For this one I used the railing, I believe.

It was ISO 160, f-16, can't locate speed of shutter, likely 1/60, at approx 50mm equivalent.

Not because I own and use the R-1, but what better argument exists for the R-1 than my ability to take Grenada home with me by capturing a photo like this???

It is very satisfying and alot of fun.

Regards, Nicholas

Hi Nicholas

I am quite new to viewing panoramas .... I have generally seen the very wide pictures all in one.
I never realise the experience of scrolling .... It was amazing ..... very much like being there and turning my head.

I certainly follow your logic of appreciation of the R1 ... I am still in the early learnign stage of how to use it and am already saying silent thankyous for some ofthe results I have been getting.

all the best

Glyn
