Hello All,

I shot all day today getting to know my H9. I will report my initial observations in my next thread and will touch on several of my planned topics for this review.

For right now, I want to show you my first H9 Panorama, shot today, as my personal pressure test for the H9.

Please read the details in the description of the gallery to see how I made the final image.

Click on the images until you see the Original image with sliders on the right and bottom.

I must say that the H9 meets all of my requirements for making a panoramic image.

I would like to hear your observations &opinions.

Here it is: http://nickphoto123.smugmug.com/gallery/2773947

Regards,

Nicholas

Very nice bridge pic, New Yorker. I D/L the original and view its full size. pretty sharp.

Still wondering how does its face detection work?

Greetings Nick,

The panorama looks great. I'm looking forward to seeing more.

BTW- Maybe it's my computer or my connection but when I tried the link in your post for ISO test I get to the page but I'm not seeing any pictures.

Thank you All.

Caggie: face detection seemed to work ok, still need more tests.

Hagar: the link to the ISO test works for me. Maybe you are viewing your cache.

Go to Tool, Internet Options. on first page click on Delete temporary files. Then click on the link again. Or you can click on the Refresh button.

Nicholas

I use Autostitch. It is the best I found and it is free as long as you mention them when you displayyour images.

Check it out: www.autostitch.net

If you have questions create a new thread. I dont use all of its functions. It can be slow at times. It works well.
