Hello All,

These images show that one on my expectations of the H9 have been met.

Did the H9 have the FastZoom, Enough Reach, Accurate AF, Good Color???

We were walking to the car when I heard a commotion by the water.

I was waiting for such an opportunity since the day I got my H9. Shot 435mm.

The first image is the original image as shot. The other 3 are 100% crops of the original images, each crop is the same dimension.

Hope you find this interesting. Your comments are very welcome.

Nicholas

Hi Nick,

another good test. I presume the camera was handheld - not supported at all? So the IS works a treat.

Many thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

Yes, Handheld. The birds were a fast moving target as well.

You raise a good point. With my R-1 I always had my tripod with me or in the car.

With my H9, my first Image Stabilized camera, I am now leaving the tripod home or in the back of the car.

I guess this shows how well the Steady Shot works.
