Cool shots, Chris and Wirraway! The F707 seems to be a good landscape camera. I just boughtan R1 but haven't received it yet (scheduled to arrive on Monday). I've read so many great things about it that I could not resist and decided to give it a try. If I like it, the K100 goes!The good thing is, if I don't like it for whatever reason, I have 30 days to return (bought itfrom Crutchfield). And BTW, they have an F828 for sale as well ($680). So, if anyone is interested in one of those, don't miss the opportunity. Their return policy in the best out there. They even pay the shipping cost if you decide to return (up to 30 days).

Thanks Tullio, you are very lucky being able to find an R1, from the forums I belong to they are like hen's teeth to track down, plus people selling the very few on Ebay are getting top dollar for used. Over on Photonet I've seen many great shots from this camera, congratulations on your find.
