Yes, mainly because you'd have to buy a zoom lens with some sort of shake reduction system built insince the camera itself does not have any and those lenses are very expensive. That's one of the reasons I opted for the K100 when I chose to buy a dSLR. It has a SR system built in so I don't need to spend the money to have it on every lens. The H cameras are nice in that respect because you get the zoom range along with image stabilization for cheap. Unfortunately, they have limitations, reason why I still have my FZ20. It has hotshoe and a 12x lens with f2.8 across the entire zoom range. Now, go find one of those lensesfor less than $1000!!!

Good results with your H9, foxcub6! It looks like the camera handles noise pretty good!

Good shot of the Lilly, CB401. What camera did you use?

ThanksTuillo idont wish to highjack the thread by sending in to many photos ,though i did take 700 0dd on vacation I tried for the fist time stiching two photos together . Out of interest how mant photos should i get using a 2 gb card on 8meg
