Good Morning to all-

My Goodness! My photo looks rather ordinary compared to the great photos that all of you are posting.

Tullio-

Sunrise or sunset, the colors with the smoke in the air are exquisite! I really like them a lot. What camera did you use to shoot those shots?

Carlos/Karl aka IceColdBlue-

Those are wonderful "Don't Fence Me In" photos. I am glad to hear that you are really liking your H-9. I like mine as well, and it does just fine as long as you stay away from max zoom.

Here is an H-2 photo taken yesterday (09/12). It shows how the Easter Lily plants, that are so common here, are actually planted. It is a rather laborious process that take special equipment. As you can see, the workers actually lay down to do the planting. They are planting finely sliced portions of other Easter Lily bulbs that are called "sets." The "sets" will actually grow into a full sized Easter Lily. Now, not being Easter time, these are being planted to harvest them as Easter Lily bulbs, which will then be shipped all over the world from this one little 8 mile coastal section of Oregon.

Have a great day, everyone!

Sarah Joyce

Two very colourful shots, Wirraway. The street shotlooks likebe Thailand's version of Vegas! Good job!

Sarah, the H2 is certainly a capable camera. Did you take the picture yourself? If so, good capture of the planting process.

Tullio-

Yes, I took that photo myself with one of the three H-2 cameras, that I own and use in my classes. In fact, I was on my way home from teaching at our local Community College.

Cool, Sarah!

Here's a photo I took withmy H1 at the Pulgas Temple near my work. The original was kinda colourful so I thought there would be plenty of contrast for a B&W conversion.

Don't you ever get rid of that F707, Wirraway. Sony will nevermake those special cameras again (F707, F818 and R1). That's anothernice, colourful shot!
