Hi All,

Met this performer today and took some casual shots in burst mode.

H9 performed amazingly well, IMHO. Only Two shots out of 100+ were out of focus.

PP Auto Levels, Sharpen, Downsize to 640x480 for web due to number of images:

There are three galleries with separate backgrounds.

Hi Nick,
Is the H9 burst or continuous?
My Kodak does a 5 shot burst at a 1.6 slow fps.
My Sony A-100 does contuous at 3 fps until I run out of battery or memory to store pictures, and I am pretty please with that.

I quess some of the higher end DSLR's will get you 6 to 7 fps, but no one is paying me for my brilliant work, LOL.

Thanks

Hi FF,

The H9 is a Continuous Burst. Press & hold the shutter, it keeps firing.

I am starting to burst shoot more and more. a whole new demension to my photography.

My only worry is that it makes me lazy and diminishes my timing of a subject's movement, which is one of my practised & prized ( to me ) abilities at the moment.

I agree Nick. Continuous has its good moments. Love it for surfing, but have yet to catch the exact shot I want of a golf swing.
I think single shot and good timing with a fast focusing camera is key.
