Default You can also...

Take a piece of plain white paper & put it in your camera bag. Whenever you get into a shooting area...hold the paper in front of the camera @ 2 ft away (near where the subjects are to be) & fill the frame with the white paper. You can then manually adjust the WB that way (look in your manual).

BTW...you can also use different hues of paper (greens & blue) to make your shots warmer (orange) or cooler (blue) looking. An Amazon.com receipt makes a great warm WB setting!
