Default CyberShot DSC-U30

if any body knows ;

two questions about that model :
- what are the difference between that model and the CyberShot DSC-U20 ????

- is there a possibility to turn off the flash or is it automatic ?

thanks

I believe that the main difference is a digital zoom on the U30.

You can select betwen Automatic, No or Forced flash like in most other Sony digicams.

It is a very nice camera - I have the U20 - only downside is the range of the flash. It is close to useless at more than a few meters in very dark situations.

Pictures are sharp and with very good color when used in well-lit situations or within the flash range.

Greatest benefit is the size, I do carry it around, my F-717 only comes out when I know I need it.

Regards
Michael

The U30 is also supposed to be able to use Memory Stick Pro cards.
