Hi All,

My first H50 day was dark and cold overcast.

Getting to know my H50. Will comeent as I get time.

For now I will let my images ( and their EXIF ) to do the 'talking'.

Some sequences were on a tripod at various settings.

Smile mode is fantastic.

Here they are:

Comments very welcome.

Nick,

I liked DSC0069--the one of the cat. Is that your cat?

Also like DSC00144--the one of you and your wife. Nice family portrait. :-)

The one of the newly hatched birds, DCS00156 is great. Is this same nest that had the eggs in it in you earlier pictures.

Hi Mercury,

Yes, he is Papo. We adopted him two months ago and he is fully in charge of the house. He is now 7 months old.

Our self portrait was via the remote.

Also Yes, the hactchlings are the same ones from the four blue robin eggs in the nest I posted previously. When i got home I realized I had the satbilization off because I was shooting from my tripod with my remote.

We will visit the nest tomorrow. Hope all is well as that hawk I displayed was about 50' away with the mother on a branch trying to distract him. I didn't have time to annotate my images.

I do like the H50.

Nicholas

Nick,

I love the stuffed animals. I still collect them too and I am 55.

How is the H50 flash recycling time.? The H5 was horrible, but the H9 was very quick. Is the H50 as quick as the H9 when rechargeing the flash?
