Beautiful Shot!!!

I noticed that you just joined and this is your first posted photo.
Did you by chance get that camera for Christmas?

Vanpet-

A very nice macro or close-up photo with your H-50. I also like the sharpness to the photo.

Thank you both for your comment. No I didnt get my H50 for Christmas, I work at BestBuy, in October of this year I got familiar with the H50 displaying it and I feel in love with it. The zoom feature comes in very handy with wild life (birds and butterflies). One picture I took in side my house through the screen and windows of a red tail hawk absolutely assured me the H50 purchase was well worth it. Have either of you guys purchased the telephoto lenses by anychance? Thanks again I am including the red-tail hawk I mentioned above.

Vanpet-

This photo is even better! I realize that you had to take it in a hurry, but try to frame the photo to include all of your subject.

You are doing very well, and I am sure that the more used to the H-50 you become, the better your photos will be.

Thank you Sarah Joyce I appreciate your comments. I have been taking pictures of the weather, surroundings, and wildlife in my area for a couple of years now. I upload alot of pictures to my local news station media site in hopes of it being onthe air on day. There is a comment section on the new station forum but nobody ever comments so I was beginning to feel self conscience of my photography skills. I am in college fulltime and had decided to take a digital photography course but had to drop it because of my work schedule. Just wanted to say thanks. I will upload more pictures. If my picturesarelacking something please feel free to tell me I am open for criticism.

There you go... a person that works at Best Buy, (where I bought mine too) that has hands on on all kinds of cameras all day long... picked that Sony H50!
Kinda tells what camera to get doesn't it.

Great shots... that zoom comes in very handy. I found no need for the tele-zoom attachment yet.

Hi Jack-

I feel the same way. Adding on a tele accessory lens just seem to make the camera way too bulky, at least for me.

Yeah, adding that sort of defeats the purpose of the H50 in the first place.

Early.... Happy New Years to you and your family Sarah.... and of course everyone here too.
