Default Bluring (movement)

Hi photo guys!

I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W230.

I'm finding that alot of the pictures I'm taking these days are 'blurring'

By that, I mean, let's say I'm taking photos of something and someone moves, the they blur/phase (dunno the correct wording)

It's bloody irratating.

I generally use the "auto adjustment' feature or the "easy shooting" but more so the "auto adjustment" feature.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

gdiza-

Blurring is an indication that the shutter speed is too low to stop the action in that amount of light. The best cure is to use a two step cure. (1) Use the "P" or Programed Automatic Mode, which works the same way the other automatic modes. (2) manually increase the ISO setting to ISO 400.

However, if this blurring is caused by attempting to take photos indoors without flash, the only cure there is to use your flash.
