Hi DonalDuc

1) Can you please tell me in terms of HD video in the higest quality (AVCHD) setting which one is better tx7 or tx9??

2) Can you record HD movies as long as you want (in terms of the size of the memeory card) on the sony tx7 and tx9? Or is it only short clips you can take??

3) Which one do you prefer sony tx7 or tx9 in terms of pic quality and video.

To tell the truth i dont have a 3D TV so the 3D feature does not interest me at the moment.

Thanks

Both cameras are similar - difference is 10mpixel/12mpixel, TX9 has some additional 3D features - for serious photographers not necessary :-)
Because I have European models (25/50) - scenes are limited < 30min.

TX7 now is cheaper than TX9 - I would buy a TX7

Manual (more than 20 languages):

I think both have same quality, of course 10/12 is for stills, fullHD needs only 2 megapixel (1920x1080)

Now TX7 is cheaper, if you do not need 3D gimmicks :-) - it's a good solution
