It really all depends on the kind of photos that you want to take. Or if you are shooting video.

Please tell us more about the photos that you want to take.

Well, the WX1 has virtually no adjustments at all, so that takes it almost completely off the night shots capability list. The H55 has a few adjustments, and can do night shots.
However, BOTH cameras would have to be on tripods to take those night shots.

The Canon SD4000 might be a better choice for numerically high ISO shots and night shots due to its much faster F 2.0 lens.

A CMOS sensor or imager is faster than a conventional CCD imager. Therefore it can do higher resolution videos and faster burst shots.
