Ah, I can see how that might be important.

Ah, that testvideo doesn't look like any place in "Hotel California" that I've ever seen.

Video looks very good and you are correct - it plays fine on Win 7's Media Player.

Thank you for comparing the TX9 and TX100. Sadly my TX9 got stolen a few days ago and now I am looking for a replacement. Actually I was quite satisfied with the TX9, but I am wondering how's the performance of the TX100 in terms of a) responsiveness (shooting and flicking through the images) and b) image quality. How's the impression of 16 MP compared to 12MP (same size chip), especially in low light situations? Is there a difference in HD-Quality?

photo/video quality is very similar - but only TX100V has 1920x1080/50p (or 60p) with 28 Mbps. Focussing is fast and exact.

"tripod" for car ... 9.90 ... fast mounted, fast removed

Panos freehand - or better with tripod - 360 panos with a "turntable disk" - snaps every 20 - for 4.90.

So now, when you take pictures in your house,

we'll know exactly where you live.

Maybe we can come over for some pastries someday.

On a more serious note, I've read where using the GPS goes through the battery power faster. Have you noticed this?
